Meet Delhi, a 5.5 month-old, 25-ish pound, hound mix who is full of energy and curiosity. If you're looking for a dog who loves to explore, chase lantern flies, and sniff out every inch of the outdoors, Delhi might be your perfect match. She's a busy girl who is always on the go but will cuddle up with you when she’s ready for a break.
Delhi is super food-motivated, making her a great student for training sessions. She already knows several commands like sit, come, lie down, and is working on stay and crate training. While she’s a quick learner, she does have a strong will, which is typical for her breed.
While she’s crate trained and sleeps well through the night, she prefers not to be cooped up during the day and loves to know what’s happening around her. She’s still getting used to the sounds of the city but is getting braver every day. Delhi’s ideal home would be one with a backyard and perhaps in a quieter neighborhood where she can relax and explore at her own pace.
With her sweet personality and eagerness to learn, Delhi will thrive in a loving, patient home. If you’re ready for an adventure, Delhi is ready to join you on your journey!

PupStarz Rescue ensures that adoptions are an appropriate match for both the animal and their new family by educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a furry companion into their lives.
We are committed to the welfare of our "Starz" beyond the adoption process. We maintain open communication with our adopters to ensure a smooth transition, and offer additional support such as positive training techniques.
