My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Crimson, the charming and independent lady who's ready to bring a touch of grace and adventure to your life! This smart and active senior proves that age is just a number, as she's always up for a good walk, a refreshing swim, or an endless game of fetch.

Crimson is the perfect blend of easy-going and obedient, making her an ideal companion for those seeking a low-maintenance but loving friend. While she may not be a cuddler, she has her own special way of showing affection - by standing close or leaning against you when she's in the mood for some attention.

This clever girl knows her basic commands and then some! She can sit, lay down, shake hands, and even give a high five. Crimson is also a pro at walking on a leash, happily accompanying her humans on half-mile treks to the river for her favorite activity - swimming!

Crimson's perfect day includes a nice walk, a swim if possible, and plenty of time playing fetch with her beloved squeaky toys. When it's time to relax, you'll find her contentedly lounging on her special fluffy rug - no fancy dog beds needed for this down-to-earth lady!

While Crimson gets along well with other dogs outside, she prefers to be the queen of her castle indoors. She's quick to warm up to new people and is generally quiet when visitors arrive. Due to some vision loss, Crimson appreciates a home with strategically placed night lights to help her navigate in low light.

The ideal home for Crimson would be a quiet, low-traffic environment where she can enjoy peace and tranquility. She'd love a family that enjoys outdoor activities and can provide her with regular walks and swimming opportunities. While she may not be a lap dog, Crimson will fill your home with her sweet, undemanding presence and silly antics.
