Thomas was driven and dumped to die at the end of a dead-end road in rural Virginia. He ended up at the local shelter, where staff members begged HART to save him before his time was up. Despite his hardship, Tommy is a goofy and happy young pup who loves people! He is an affectionate boy who is crate trained and house trained. He gets along well with the resident cats, and became fast friends with the resident foster dogs once properly introduced. Thomas loves to play fetch and will bring the ball right back to you!
