Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Margot! She's a delightful young lady looking for a new home. Margot is an extremely outgoing kitty and there's not much she won't do to get your attention. If you are looking for a highly social, entertaining furry friend, Margot won't disappoint!
Margot will play with nearly anything, she's got lots of energy and although she can entertain herself, she really loves to have her people play with her. She does crazy jumps and runs, it's a lot of fun to watch her in action. She frequently will bring her favorite wand toys to you when she thinks it's playtime. Margot also has to be where the action and people are, she will not be ignored and will remind you she's nearby by touching you with her paw or trying to stand on your book, newspaper or laptop.
Margot was rescued as a very young kitten and had a severe eye infection. This is why her right eye looks clouded. She had surgery to remove some scar tissue and improve vision in her affected eye, so it does not slow her down. While Margot may not look perfect, her personality is exceptional!
Since she is a calico, Margot does have a bit of "catitude" but she has lived with a dog and other cats. She would do best with a laid back cat who won't mind if she gets a little testy. A busy home would be a good fit for her, she does best with lots of activity.
Margot is 3 years old, spayed, up to date with yearly vaccinations and Feline Leukemia/FIV negative.
