Meet Havanna, a 10 month old, 34 pound (as of 1/3), adorable Shepherd mix! She is a good-natured dog and just wants to follow her foster mom at all times. She is housetrained and sleeps through the night. She doesn't chew on things, leaving shoes, cords, furniture, etc alone because she loves her toys and can play with them by herself.
Havanna is shy and scared of new people at first, so she needs someone who understands this and will go slow with her in the beginning. It only takes her a few days to warm up to new people and once she trusts you, she turns into the cuddliest and sweetest girl ever. You can't find a more loyal and loving dog so please don't let her shy first impression deter you.
She would love to be in a home with another dog who can help her acclimate to her new life, or a home where the person understands shy dogs and will be patient and willing to work with her to bring out her true personality. You will not regret adopting this super snuggly, easy to take care of dog who will be loyal to you forever!
