My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you seeking a feline friend who's as loyal as they come? Look no further than Tabby!

This sweet cat isn't just your average cuddle buddy – he's a true velcro cat, always longing to be by your side. Wherever you go, Tabby will follow, eager to be your shadow and your warm blanket on chilly evenings.

Tabby's affection knows no bounds. He adores cuddling up with his humans, and there's nothing he loves more than snuggling in bed with you at night, ensuring you drift off to sleep with a contented purr. You'll find comfort in his presence and warmth in his gentle purring.

But that's not all – Tabby is quite the conversationalist! He'll eagerly share tales of his adventures, regaling you with stories of his day in his own adorable way. Whether it's a chirp, a meow, or a gentle nudge, Tabby knows just how to communicate his love and affection.

Not only is Tabby a people person, but he also gets along famously with other cats. He's a social butterfly who enjoys the company of feline friends just as much as he enjoys yours. Together, they'll make the house feel like a lively and loving home.

And let's not forget about Tabby's special talent – making the best biscuits with his paws! His kneading is not only adorable but also a sign of his contentment and happiness in your company. You'll be charmed by his playful antics and his loving nature.

If you're ready to welcome a furry friend who will stick by your side through thick and thin, Tabby is the perfect match for you. Come meet this delightful velcro cat and discover the joy of unconditional love and companionship! Adopt Tabby today and let your heart be filled with endless purrs and cuddle

More about this shelter

Adopt a Cat Foundation, is a non-profit organization, committed to finding more loving and humane care options for the many homeless, injured and hungry cats and kittens that populate our county. Founded by 18-year recue veteran Inga Hanley, the foundation operates solely through donations,(which are tax deductible) and the assistance of small but dedicated volunteer force---which is always in need of more helping hands.
We provide the following services for the cats and kittens we rescue.

Humanely trap, spay/neuter and medicate as needed.

Provide temporary housing and care in one of two ways: in the shelter, or in one of our foster homes.

Evaluate their behavior and adoptability, adopt out the socialized ones to loving and hopefully permanent homes. Release the feral ones back to there committed colony caregiver who feeds them daily and monitors their welfare.

We also provide community service in other ways. Education on spay-neuter
programs to the public, schools and other non profit groups.

Education on care and handling of feline pets.

Participation in youth and school programs that offer credit for volunteer activities.

We do all this and more because we love them.
