This helps High Plains P.A.W. - NE Chapter with pet care costs.
Daphne
Daphne is only available for foster or Foster-to-Adopt as she still needs spayed. We are hopeful that she will be spayed this month, at which point she will be available for adoption.
Daph came to us after being seized from a hoarding situation very pregnant. Being scared AF and confused she bit one of the officers and was put on a rabies hold. Thank goodness we were able to get her out before she whelped pups however all ended up with kennel cough, one puppy was a sweet hydrocephalus baby who didn’t make it. She was the world’s worst mother. Seriously the worst. All 3 ended up being bottle fed as she watched TV chillaxin’ on the couch giving her foster side eye when she told her she needed to feed her babies. Suffice it to say we are THRILLED that this is her last litter but Daphne is even more stoked about it!
She is a very sweet girl who loves the couch and is all about a good marathon. She is also an active girl in that she does need a yard to run around in or someone committed to multiple walks a day as she’s a youngster herself.
She will need grooming and so that expense needs to be considered. She’s a princess and she expects the princess treatment.
She is crate trained. We aren’t sure how she would do out and about while her fosters were gone. We suspect that she would be ok but we aren’t sure.
This sweet girl is ready for her fairytale ending. Is that with you? If so please contact us!
