Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Penny is a very sweet senior girl who will be 13 on June 22nd. She weighs 7.8 lbs. She was surrendered to a shelter by her owners because she needed medical care. She is spayed, vaccinated and has had full blood work. She also had a dental, and only has one remaining tooth, a canine. Penny would be best as an only dog and is good with older kids. Penny is potty trained in her environment. Either outside or on potty pads.
Penny just wants to be with her person and loves going with you, riding in her booster seat in the car, in her stroller or at your side in a sling. Penny is somewhat a Mama’s girl and makes a great companion dog. She likes to cuddle in bed and hang out with you on the sofa.
Penny would love a forever home of her very own. She has arthritis in her hind legs but gets around just fine. Penny has Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) and requires an enzyme powder to be added to her food in order for her body to digest its nutrients. If you are interested in Penny, please go to www.yorkierescueofamerica.org and fill out an adoption application. Penny is located in Los Angeles, CA.
Penny’s adoption fee is $300.00
