My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Approximate Date of Birth:1/2/2024

Description:

Tig’s cute and handsome stature has us all in love at first sight. He is quiet and curious; you might find he has snuck away and found himself in front of a mirror or catching a fierce house-fly. If he is not tumbling around, pouncing on his sister, or playing with the wand toy, he is relaxing on the seat of a chair or top of the couch for a kitten nap, usually snuggled up with his sister, Missy. Tig is full of morning hellos and big sweet meows, and he’ll follow you around until he is picked up into your arms, ready for a snuggle and conversation and then breakfast. Tig and Missy have cute matching harnesses and have become comfortable wearing them and exploring together on a leash. Tig will make a lovely companion and tends to be on the calm side of kitten personalities. He would love to be adopted with his sweet little sister, Missy.

Additional adoption info

Some of our "ready to adopt" felines are located at one of our Arizona PetSmart locations. https://www.savingonelife.org/adopt/locations/

We also have a small satellite operation in San Diego with adoption events on select Saturdays at the PetSmart Escondido store.

We highly recommend applying in advance in order to increase your opportunity at adopting the kitty you are interested in. Applications are processed in the order they were received. If you have questions, please email adoptions@savingonelife.org.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
