Hellloooo! My name is Ricky and I am one handsome guy! I mean just check out my handsome white coat, perky ears, and my happy, smiling face! Who could resist this cute guy? I was found as a stray by an employee at a vet office. She took me to work and then called the shelter to pick me up. I was never claimed by my family and now I am in the market for a new home. I am a husky mix that is about four years old. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I am a happy boy that is looking forward to finding my new "digs! I hope it will be with you!

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
