My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Abel is an adorable, 3-month-old polydactyl (extra toes-also called Hemingway cats!) kitten. His front legs are a bit wonky, as he has mild radial hypoplasia (a non-progressive congenital condition where front legs can be shorter and/or twisted), but he is not in any pain and just has a minor funny looking bend to his wrist joints. He gets around like any other trouble-making kitten and has no special needs--he was just made a little different! Abel is a purring love bug who is happy to tell you when he wants something. He has a big, confident meow for such a tiny guy and a bold and confident demeanor to go with it! Abel would absolutely love to be adopted with his also polydactyl, also orange tabby and also with radial hyperplasia brother, Cain! He can also go to a home with at least one other playful cat, but preference goes to any applicant who would keep these boys together. He loves cats, dogs and people!
