Sadee is a beautiful 4-year-old black lab mix who is ready to find her forever home. This laid-back girl is good with dogs of all sizes and has been socialized with kids aged 1 to 10 years. She’s also good with dog-savvy cats, making her the perfect trifecta for a multi-pet household. Sadee knows her commands, including "sit," "shake," and "kennel," and is said to be housetrained. She was crated when left home alone but otherwise enjoys being loose indoors. Her lazy and easygoing nature makes her an ideal companion for a relaxed home. She weighs about 65 pounds. We require all adopters to complete an application and pay an adoption fee. Adoption fees vary, but are usually $160 to $185. We may do a vet reference check and/or home visit.

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.
