My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bobby "I absolutely have no doubt you stopped by to read my story because of my beautiful gunmetal gray coat and my gorgeous brown eyes! But let me tell you my story My name is Bobby and I was rescued by Summits Sanctuary after I was found with an injury. At no fault of my own, I have been here for a while. At first, I was a little misunderstood because Iwas afraid and confused. Then one day this human showed up and shared withme her time and patience. She discovered I had a will to learn and aneagerness to please and she worked with me and taught me stuff that seems to earn me yummy treatslike cheese! Oh how I love cheese cubes! Well let me tell you what I have learned! I know all the basic commands like sit, stay, wait, leave it, come and boy do I walk beautifully on a leash. I also know how to high 5 and it will do it every time you ask! She also taught me it is not polite to walk through any door first! She says this is veryimportant and teaches me that shes the boss and it also keeps me safe!Myfavorite pastime is playing ball! I love my tennis ball and my trainer taught me that if I drop it at her feet or in her hand, I get a treat! Now that I have shared all of this with you, I also need for you to know Im a little bit famous! Not like Elvis famous but I did make a few movies! Okay, I may be exaggeratingthey were videos! You see, the human that taught me all of my manners was also in school earning her certification asa dog trainer. Well, I became the star of her assignments and well, not to brag, but she earned an A and graduated! She says Im the total package! I love kids and car rides and want nothing more than to find a family to call my own. Could you be my forever human? My trainer took a chance on memaybe you can too?"
