My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gemma  is a stunning beautiful Blue/Grey spayed American Staffordshire Bully. Gemma is just 47lbs and 4 years old and has been completely vetted! So she is on the small side of this breed.

Looking for a loving, sweet indoor and out door adventure partner, then look no further..

Gemma loves going for walks, doing zoomies in the yard and going out to new restaurants with her humans. She knows how to sit, shake, touch, go to place, leave it and when called by her name comes instantly. She is trained to walk on the left side of her human and never pulls. She never wanders off and stays very close to her humans.

She loves going to the beach where she can run on the sand as fast as she can. Her energy level is medium. She can lay on the couch and snuggle all day or go for a couple of walks. Every night by 7:00 she is asleep on the couch and ready for bed.  She sleeps in her crate upstairs with her humans. She is potty trained but needs to go out every 2 to 3 hours except at night when she's in her crate.

She is good with other dogs but must be monitored when playing.  Gemma likes to run the fastest and play the hardest.  Gemma would do best in an adult home and is very loyal to her peeps.

Breed experience is a plus too...

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit public charity that solely relies on volunteers and donors to support our efforts. With the public's support, we are able to rescue euthanasia-listed dogs from shelters all over California, bring them into a loving environment and nurture them back to health and then help them to find their forever home and family.
