Swoozie is now ready for her perfect forever home! Are you seeking a smart four-legged pup with a heart of gold? Look no further! Swoozie is a social little Beagle/Chihuahua mix puppy who is 3 months old and weighs approximately 4 pounds. She is spry, silly and quick as lightning! Swoozie came to us in ruff shape but has made a speedy recovery and is now thriving with her foster family! Her doctor says she might have a bit of visual impairment, but you would never be able to tell, she romps and plays the day away with her pack mates just fine! Swoozie would love a well-adjusted fur sibling that she can spend time socializing and playing with. Not only does she love other pups, she loves her humans as well! You'll often find her right by your side, reveling in the companionship and happily resting at your feet. Please remember that puppies are a lot of work and will need continued socialization and training as they grow. Swoozie is up to date on her vaccinations and has been dewormed and microchipped. She will be spayed when age appropriate, so a spay deposit may be required. We will call if we feel you are a fit for one of our adoptable pets. Once confirmed, we will set up a meet and greet with the pet.

Home Check

We will visit your home to see the environment where the dog will live and answer your questions.

Additional adoption info

Additional Information:

If applicable, we'll call your veterinarian to ensure that previous pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and well cared for.

For renters, we'll check with your landlord to ensure that dogs are permitted and that the dog that you're adopting wouldn't violate any size or breed restrictions.

Adoption fees are generally between $300-$450 depending on which pup you are adopting.

Leashes of Love Rescue is an organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs from local high-kill shelters in Southern California and owners who can no longer care for them. Our goal is not only to place dogs in well-matched, carefully screened forever homes, but also to educate dog owners about responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.
