**I have special needs**

Sweet older lady looking for a retirement home. Dupage is a special lady that would rather spend time on a comfy bed, blanket or even in the cool grass. Dupage isn't made for a kennel environment. She wants to be with people as much as possible.
Dupage has something called Peripheral Neuropathy that limits her walking. Don't get it wrong she still gets around, it just might take her longer to get there. Basically she has a hitch in her giddy up. She also suffers from mild arthritis and a high grade Heart murmur.
Even though she's kind of a mess medically, Dupage has lots of love to give. You can often find her on a bench with a volunteer snuggling.
Best home for her?
Dupage is great with dogs and every human she meets. A high energy home might be a bit much for her. She really would like a lap to lay in for comfort.
