Up for adoption: âœ¨Renoâœ¨ bay gelding. This brown eyed boy will carry you off into the sunset and never break your heart. He’s a level headed horse with a lot to offer anyone looking for their next adventure. He’s quiet, great out on the trail, and doesn’t get bothered by much. He’ll stand tied, loads great, lowers his head for the bit and is easy to catch out in the pasture. He walks, trots and lopes. He likes to take it easy in the arena and won’t get in a hurry but loves to get out and go and see new things out on trails. He will lead a group if asked or happily follow behind. He knows a lot already but is willing to learn whatever you want to teach him. Reno is an absolute gem and will make some very lucky riders dreams come true. Is that rider you? Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Adopting one of our dogs requires that you fill out an adoption application, have your references checked, and let us visit your home.

The required minimum adoption donation is $250. That amount covers the spay/neuter, annual vaccinations, heartworm testing, and one month of heart worm preventative.

We spend about $300.00 just to treat the pommies that are heartworm positive. We have invested more than $1000.00 in several of our pommies--treating them and kenneling them. Kenneling cost $16 a day per dog. We need foster homes!

Recycled Pomeranians and Schipperkes Rescue seeks to provide a safe haven for Pomeranians and Schipperkes, and other small breeds, who have been lost, surrendered, abandoned, neglected and abused.
