Jax is a 3 year old, 50 pound Husky with those trademark gorgeous blue eyes! He will happily curl up with you on the couch and loves belly rubs, but is equally happy going on walks or hiking! He's curious and would do best in an active household. He is house trained and knows how to sit, and would benefit from an owner who is familiar with the breed as he is very intelligent and needs mental and physical exercise! This handsome dog does well with other dogs and is fostered successfully with cats! If you like this breed, Jax is a great choice! Blue Ridge Animal Rescue staff has decades of experience in the animal and medical industry and is adamant about matching the adoptable animal with the appropriate family environment. Each animal is reviewed individually for their specific needs and matched accordingly. We are a newly founded rescue and in the process of obtaining our 501(c)(3) standing. We are excited to start this process and already have animals in the program in search of committed, loving homes!
