Welcome our sweet girl Petunia! Petunia is a female Cane Corso mix around 5 years old and weighs 91 lbs! She is a gentle giant and is kid and dog friendly! We may be biased but we think she has the most beautiful smile in the world! Petunia is spoiled rotten and and will take a belly rub whenever she can get one! She might be big but she is a lap dog at heart. She is heartworm positive but just completed treatment and doing well! Petunia has been spayed, microchipped and is current on her vaccines. She is ready to go home today! Apply online at mmahrescue.org if interested Petunia’s adoption fee is $300 (cash/check only)

Our hospital is open for adoption visitation Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 5:00pm and Saturday's from 8:00am to 11:00am. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 919-266-8177 or email pets4adoption@bellsouth.net. All adoption fees are cash or check only, we do not accept credit cards for adoption fees.

To speed up the adoption process please visit our webiste, www.mmahrescue.org, to fill out an application and get pre-approved when you arrive to meet your new best friend! Prior to meeting an adoptable animal we do require an approved application to be on file, sorry for this inconvenience.

Cat adoption fees are $50 for kittens under 16 weeks of age and $75 for kittens/cats over 16 weeks of age. Dog adoption fees are $150 for puppies under 16 weeks of age and $175 for dogs over 16 weeks of age.

Additional adoption info

The dog adoption fee of $200 includes; spay/neuter, bordetella, dewormed, any age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test(if old enough), and is current on heartworm prevention. The cat adoption fee of $100 includes; FELV/FIV testing, spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, & dewormed.
An adoption contract is required, references are checked, and an interview is required before adoption.
