Here's what the humans have to say about me:
April was rescues from AVAS high kill shelter, literally as they had needle in hand to euthanize her! We arrived in the nick of time to save her life. We personally adopted her on behalf of an adopter. The adopter then backed out and now April needs a forever home.
April is a light brindle Dutch shepherd, she is up to date on all shots, microchipped, and spayed. April is a young adult, however the shelter did not know her exact age their estimate was between 1-2 years old.
April super loving and playful once she gets past her scared shell. April will need time to decompress, feel safe, and loved. April is kennel/crate trained but desires to be a house dog. April has a kennel mate, who was also adopted at the same time who she mothers (he’s a puppy). April gets along good with other dogs, when they get to excited and over barring she does put them in their place. I have a 3 year old and while she is scared of him she is also loving with him.
April will do well w/lots of ♥
