My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact the Cat Team (catapplications@graspinc.org) for more information about this pet.

DOB:  10/26/23

Levi's mom (Lana) was a stray cat rescued from the cold on October 23, 2023. Levi was one of four kittens that Lana had on October 26th. Levi, his mom and siblings have been living on an enclosed porch, but now need more room to run and play.

Levi is an adorable little boy who loves human attention. He is sweet and gentle. He will curl up next to a person or on their lap to get pets, cuddles and belly rubs until he falls asleep. He is very happy playing with interactive toys and kicker toys, climbing cat trees and rough housing with his brothers. He loves playing in cardboard boxes or transparent, plastic containers.

Levi loves Temptations Seafood Medley Treats and seafood flavored cat food (canned and dry). At nap time he loves to curl up with one of his brothers, in a soft blanket, or hide in a covered cat bed. He gets along great with his mother and siblings, but hasn't had the opportunity to interact much with other cats. He can be a bit timid around new people but warms up quickly. He would likely love the attention of an entire family after getting to know them.

Levi enjoys watching out a window for birds and squirrels. He will chase any bug he finds until it is out of view. He likes toy mice, balls and (unlike most cats) he likes playing with water (as long as he doesn't get too wet).

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
