Meet Cassarella!

This beautiful dilute tortie really just wants one thing in life, and it's to love you. She absolutely loves to cuddle with her humans! Her happy place is your lap, either booping your nose with hers or rubbing her face against you. Once upon a time, this sweet girl went through a traumatic car accident, but now she is all healed up and ready to find a purrfect cuddlebuddy.

One adorable quirk is that she likes to play and splash in her water bowl. She also enjoys playing with wand toys and laser pointers - when she's not sitting on your lap, of course. Let this girl into your heart, and she'll be a devoted companion! She would enjoy being in a quiet home, all the better to claim all of your affection.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.

Step one:
Browse our available animals online. Our website has more details on every animal, including any known history with dogs, cats, and kids, as well as individual adoption fees. Visit https://www.austinpetsalive.org/adopt

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
