Sweet, adorable PENNY is a petite bully girl. She is about 5 1/2 years old and 30 lbs.

Penny is a special needs dog. She requires daily heart medication and should have an echocardiogram annually. She likes to play, walk and chase balls, but should not do so to exhaustion. She is a friendly and loving dog that will be your best friend!
