Looking for a lovable Lab to call your own? Meet Ben! When Ben entered the shelter with his brother Jerry they were both quite nervous and shy. Jerry has since been adopted, but Ben is still here looking for his furever family. Ben has made great progress in his confidence since being here, however he would benefit most from a home that will help him catch up on all the socialization and training he missed out on as a puppy. Once Ben as warmed up to you, he is your typical sweet and energetic Lab! He is a pretty energetic guy, and would love a home that can give him an outlet for activity. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking Ben home. If you are interested in meeting with Ben, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit.

OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center & Shelter to provide an environment of continuous improvement; emphasizing excellent service and safety for the community; providing the dogs and people of Fairfield County protection, care, and compassion with innovative, yet sustainable means; all while maintaining a standard of the utmost integrity.

It is the purpose of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter to embrace the dogs of the community; to keep lost or adoptable dogs safe until they can find their way home; to protect Fairfield County through the enforcement of Section 955 of the Ohio Revised Code , and to continue to provide the community with education opportunities on the importance of pet safety and population control.
