Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please contact directly to set up a meet and greet appointment. We try to monitor all comments on the page, but it can be hard to keep up with.
Are you an active individual seeking a companion dog? Ripp has been in our care for some time, unfortunately garnering little interest. His family relocated from out of state, but ultimately decided they could no longer provide a suitable home. Ripp is an exceptional dog requiring an active household. He thrives on outdoor playtime with fellow canines and enjoys leisurely walks. Due to his strength, adult walkers are recommended. Ripp eagerly awaits his permanent residence.
Adoption fee is $125 and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations (Rabies, parvo/distemper/lepto, and kennel cough), heartworm test (age appropriate), heartworm prevention while in our care, and microchip. We do require an adoption application and background check with all adoptions.
There are NO pull fees for rescues! Any rescues interested in pulling please contact us directly.

More about this shelter
The Humane Society of Muhlenberg county is a non-profit, low budget organization striving to help as many homeless, unwanted animals within our power! We are heavily donation funded and receive very little funding for sources outside of our donors! We try our best to help our community in any way possible,We believe that the best way to help all furbabies in need is to start at the source; to educate and inform owners and potential adopters on the importance of altering your pets, parasite prevention and all the reasons to adopt, NOT SHOP!
