Hi!  I'm River!  Wanna snuggle?  I'm a lovable guy who enjoys a good nap. I used to live outside but some nice folks brought me to the rescue and I'm working on getting cleaned up and gaining weight.  I'm available as a foster to adopt until I'm neutered and then I can be officially yours forever!  I'm looking for an indoor only home where I can keep my claws furrever.  My adoption fee is $70 however the rescue honors our military (past and present), first responders, healthcare workers and teachers with a $15 discount!
