Hello Friends. My name is Reba and I am a two-year-old Dachshund/Chihuaha mix who was brought to the shelter stuffed in a crate with two of my siblings. I am a little shy and timid but I absolutely love human affection and I tend to stick to my human as I love to be their shadow and cuddle. I am potty trained, crate trained and I do well with other dogs. I absolutely love kids but would do well just being loved by one person. I would love for you to be able to make me a part of your everyday life and spend time with me as I do howl sometimes when my human leaves me. I am pretty quiet otherwise and just really love to snuggle. I am working on my leash work and take a little time to warm up on my walks. I am very happy girl who just wants to be loved. Additional adoption info

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
