My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact foster at izaacbacik@gmail.com

Meet Princess! This sweet senior pittie with white eyelashes and a paintbrush tail is happy anywhere people are and is looking for a home base with a comfy couch to rest between adventures. Princess does well with other dogs, ignores cats with slow introductions, and has been going to work with her foster every day and having positive interactions with all sorts of people! Younger children seem to overwhelm Princess, but she’d be the perfect fit for a family with older children. Princess does not exhibit resource guarding, does well on walks and in the dog park with other dogs around her size, has stayed home alone for four hours at a time with no problem, and is potty trained and knows her basic commands (sit, stay, come, go lay).

Princess LOVES going outside and walks up to thirty minutes, the first part of the walk is dedicated to wiggles and zoomies and then she likes to sniff out all the latest neighborhood gossip. She loves laying in the sun, and I think she’d love a home with a yard or a balcony for this reason, but being medium to lower energy, a yard is not a requirement. If you are looking for a trained companion to cuddle you in bed at night and look at you with pure love while you watch tv and movies- this girl has been waiting for you! Please contact her foster at any time with any inquiries.
