My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carol Brady (Rue) is currently in a foster home. Check out what her foster says about her: "Rue (Carol Brady at MAS) is a major lovebug. She listens well and learns fast. She is super energetic and loves to play and run. She loves her Foster brother Miles and they play really well together. I don't think she's ever had toys before and will pull them all out and play with as many as she can, either by herself or with me or Miles. She's great with my 10 year old son. She does not like cats, so, that needs to be considered if you are interested. She needs an active family that has time to play with her and work with her. She still needs work walking on a leash as well as not jumping up, but, she is making progress. She goes in her kennel with a simple "go to bed" command. She loves to snuggle and give kisses. She loves ice and watermelon too! If it wasn't for my new travel schedule, she would definitely stay with me. However, with these changes, she's in her kennel more than out and that's not fair to her.  Please give her a chance, as she deserves someone who will love her as big as she loves in return!"

Carol Brady was part of a playgroup on 7/25/24. She immediately caught the zoomies and is very puppy-like. She was friendly and social. He greeted everyone that entered the yard and very tolerant of the other pups jumping all over her. She mostly kept to herself, and preferred the company of the handlers. She is a playgroup rockstar!

A volunteer gave Carol Brady a bath, and she was an absolute sweetheart during the whole thing! She acts tough around her babies (such a good mama!), but once we bribed her with a couple treats she quickly decided we were best friends! She allowed us to pick her up and bathe her and she even got some playful zoomies once she was all clean. This momma has done such a good job raising her pups and is now in need of a loving home of her own to be spoiled!

After just a few weeks, Carol Brady has become quite the socialite! When we took her out, she was ready to go and tugged excitedly on the leash to get to the yard. She went potty right away and it seems like she might even know how to "sit". She's grown into a very affectionate and playful girl who would love to be out of the shelter!
