Morgan is an 11-month-old, adorable Brittany/aussie mix. Morgan loves playing with her sister Mallory and the other dogs in their foster home. She loves her squeakies and bones and love going for walks. She knows how to sit and is working on not jumping on kitchen tables and counters. She will need continued training, especially leash work and manners.
Morgan will need a home with a good-sized yard with a secure 6 foot physical fence for running zoomies and any gardens will need to be protected since she is very fond of picking tomatoes off the vine. Morgan is very attached to her sister Mallory and will need to be in a home with another dog who wants to play all day. Morgan is not only active but very smart so she must be kept well exercised daily to keep from getting into mischief or finding unacceptable ways to entertain herself. Like all smart puppies, Morgan loves testing to see where she fit in and what she can get away with.
Morgan will need a very experienced dog owner who can take the time to work with her on a daily basis. A home with small children or where the adults work long hours outside the home is not going to be a good fit for Morgan.
Morgan loves to sleep in a puppy pile with her foster mom on the bottom. She loves to wrestle and play with Mallory and their foster siblings and also love cuddling with people, especially on the couch and bed. And she loves giving kisses to everyone.
Morgan is current on vaccinations, HW negative, crate-trained, housebroken, spayed, and healthy. Her adoption fee is $350.00, which helps to offset our vetting and allow NBRAN to rescue more of these wonderful family members.
If you are interested in making Morgan a member of your family, please visit www.nbran.org and complete the on-line adoption application form under the Adopt tab. Once the application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by your state coordinator. A phone interview, home visit, and vet check will be required as part of the approval process. Please realize that all our dogs are placed in the most appropriate home for their individual needs. We do not operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Morgan is eligible to be transported through our canine railroad up to 1400 miles from Salt Lake City with the adopter being responsible for at least the last 100 miles.
