My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Rock Rapids, IA

Khloe is super sweet and loves to play; her favorite things to do are run and chase a ball, but she's also more than happy to hang out and sleep on the couch or a comfy dog bed. She does well in her kennel with occasional protesting but will quiet down especially with an encouraging treat. She generally walks well on leash but due to her friendly nature can get a bit excited when she sees a potential doggy friend. Khloe does best wearing a harness but it needs to be well fitted since she isn't a huge fan and can wiggle out if it doesn't fit. She wouldn't require a fenced in yard but would need to be watched while outside due to her dislike for the harness. She's been fine with cats and her favorite humans are by far kids, she has loved snuggling and playing with our resident five and eight year old. She would make a wonderful addition to a family who has kids of any age and is semi active to very active. She's such a lovable, friendly, curious girl who will steal your heart.

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
