Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Meet Luna
ADOPT ME LUNA
Luna is a beautiful 6 yo, 56 lbs, incredibly intelligent Siberian Husky/Shepherd mix who is looking for a home in DFW, TX. She is good with cats. However, Luna's personality tells us that she enjoys being the main, most adored dog in the house. Therefore, she may compete with other dogs in the home for attention, toys, and treats. She is a very people-oriented dog. She loves to be loved on, especially belly rubs, and bedtime snuggles. She loves, loves, loves riding in the car and she is good on a leash. This girl is craving to be someone's main dog on the go. She has an adventurous spirit who craves learning new things. She is not great in a crate, which is typical of her breed. She will go into a crate if you tell her, but it takes her a long time to settle down.

Medical: Luna has an issue with the skin on her nose and we are in the process of determining if it was her injuring herself trying to get out of a crate or fencing in her previous home, or if there is a dermatology issue. Once she heals up from her dental, our rescue will get her nose biopsied and have the full details available to potential adopters.
Rescue Story: Luna was pulled from her previous home after her owner reached out saying she could no longer care for her. Upon pick up, we found that Luna was neglected in terms of health care and left outside. Despite living in some amount of regular pain from dental, skin and ear issues, Luna remains vivacious, fun, and loving. She is now on her way to being a healthy girl with a bright future ahead of her.
