Hi, I'm Goldie, also lovingly called Pumpkin!

I'm a sweet boy with a story of resilience. Abandoned as a kitten, a kind man found me and provided the medical care I desperately needed. He socialized me, helping me overcome my fear and teaching me that humans can be wonderful friends.

I adore belly rubs and pets, and I'm a super happy guy! I have a soft spot for canned food, too. Due to a painful gum condition, I had to have all my teeth removed, but I'm fully recovered and enjoy both canned and dry food.

I LOVE to play and would like a cat friend similar in age, with a proper slow introduction, of course. Treats and food are the way to my heart. I'm looking for a cat-savvy home where I can continue to thrive and be loved. Could that be with you?

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

We accept applications online and in person at events. Applications are accepted on a first-come basis.

2.
Meet the Pet

We require an in-person meeting with potential adopters and one of our adoption specialists. All members of the family should be present.

3.
Interview

Interviews can be conducted via email or in person and may happen before, after or during the in-person meeting with the pet.

4.
Home Check

Home checks may be completed at the discretion of the interviewing adoption specialist.

Approve Application

A follow-up contact will be made by an adoption specialist 1-3 days post-adoption and again at 10-14 days.

We are an all volunteer staffed rescue. Typical response times are less than 12 hours; however, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
