My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted Libby 1 year ago from a family with multiple pets. Due to changes in our situation, we will be travelling for extended periods. We don't think it's fair to this little girl to board her for weeks at a time.

Libby turned 9 years today (6-3-24). She is the most lovable and loving dog we've ever known. She is the ultimate lap dog, choosing to sit with you for hours on end. She is very well mannered- won't get on the furniture unless invited, has never had an accident in the house, gets in her bed when told. When we are home, she politely follows us around (velcro dog?). She loves to play fetch with her favorite toys. She love to go on walks around neighborhood. Loves belly rubs.

The negative- she barks at rabbits, birds, squirrels and people she doesn't know. She does make up immediately with strangers (after the barking). She is allergic to some foods. We feed here Iams brand Lamb kibble mixed with a little Lamb canned. Chipped, full vet record available, shots up to date.
