Meet Teddy, a tender-hearted 1-year-old poodle mix who weighs just 14 lbs but carries the weight of an untold story in his soulful eyes. This little bundle of love was left behind in an apartment, abandoned by his previous owner, only to be discovered and surrendered by the landlord to Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue. Despite this heart-wrenching start, Teddy's spirit shines brightly through his sweet and cuddly nature.

Teddy is an exceptional listener, always ready to lend an ear or a warm snuggle. His trusting demeanor, even after all he's endured, speaks volumes about his capacity for love and forgiveness. He has an innate ability to make anyone feel special, and his gentle presence can turn any moment into one of pure joy.

Our rescue is committed to ensuring Teddy gets the care he deserves, and we are covering the cost of his neuter surgery at the Simi Valley Spay Neuter Clinic.
