Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We rescued Hank from the local animal shelter in February 2024. He is our beautiful, silly, and sweet tempered boy. He is about a year and 6 months old, still just a puppy. He is potty-trained; he's got a handle of the basics (sit, stay/wait, shake, high five, come, lay down). Does very well in his crate, sleeps there all through the night. VERY trainable and smart. He is an athlete, he is so fast, strong, and capable. We have 2 other dogs, a female Dalmatian & a male Hound. The dynamic with the male Hound is the reason why we have to find Hank a new home. He plays very well with our girl dog (it is cute they are best buddies). But our older male dog has grown so stubborn in his years and he has not been as welcoming to the young & energetic addition. We think Hank has had an abusive and troubled past, because he has gotten very reactive & aggressive towards our male dog when provoked. For the safety of our older dog, we know Hank should be placed in a home where he is the only dog.
