Rebecca, affectionately known as Becky, is a playful and resilient kitty who has overcome some health challenges with grace.

Recently, she underwent a cryo procedure to alleviate discomfort caused by her eyelashes growing inward and rubbing her eyes. Her eye specialist anticipates no further procedures will be needed, though she may require daily eye lubrication to keep her comfortable.

Additionally, Becky tested positive for heartworm but shows no signs of active infection and remains asymptomatic. Cats generally have a low heartworm burden, and Becky will need a simple monthly topical treatment for life to ensure she stays healthy.

Becky is very much in her kitten era after spending her first couple of years in a shelter. She loves to play with string toys and catnip mice and thrives in the company of other cats. In fact, she definitely needs a home with a playful feline friend to share her adventures. Despite having a crook in her tail from an old injury, Becky doesn't let it slow her down and it adds to her unique charm.

While Becky can be a bit reserved at first, she is very sweet on her own terms and will blossom in a patient and loving environment. She currently lives with three calm dogs and would be okay with similarly chill canine companions.
