Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ricky is a 4 1/2 year old hound. Ricky has been wonderful since his return, no issues whatsoever. His glitch is he doesn't like his nails cut and will bite you over it... so we just ... don't. There are professionals who can handle this behavior so it's manageable. Ricky LOVES playing with the other high energy dogs here. Because he does have some issues with his feet/toys no kids for him.

The Lewis County Humane Society is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation which owns and operates a no-kill animal shelter on the Pine Grove Rd in Glenfield, NY. That shelter is contracted with the townships in Lewis County to house dogs brought in from the townships by the dog control officers. The shelter also houses homeless cats from the county.
Our shelter relies on the generosity of our supporters because shelter expenses far exceed our revenue. We greatly appreciate all your support which enables us to care for and find new homes for all the wonderful animals at our shelter.
