My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Houston (4 yrs. black – 65 lbs.) and Dallas (3 yrs. chocolate – 55 lbs.) are a delightful pair of female labs. This dynamic duo has been together for over 2 years and we would prefer they are adopted together.



These two sweet girls must be indoor/outdoor pets and prefer to sleep in the bedroom with you (sometimes even ON the bed). They are house and crate trained, they know how to sit, down, wait, and Houston can shake hands. Houston and Dallas’s new home must have a 6 foot fence (Dallas is a jumper). They will need plenty of exercise whether it be a daily game of fetch, walk/run, doggie daycare or a romp at the dog park.



They are both very playful, especially with one another and with toys. Dallas loves to play in the spray of a hose; meanwhile, Houston likes to wade in pools. They get along well with other large dogs, but Houston will chase cats. They need to be placed into a home without small dogs and young children. Houston and Dallas are currently in a home with little dogs and we have found that it is just not a good mix. Their current owners are heartbroken to having to give them up. Adoption fee is $150 each and includes their collars, leashes, crates, bowls, and toys. They are both spayed and their vaccinations are up-to-date.
