My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We took in Grace from a family in Porterville, CA. Grace is a 4 year old tricolor female Beagle, she’ll turn 5 years old on mid October. She weights 28lbs. She’s a bit shy with new people but warms once she gets to know them. She’s ok with other dogs, cats unknown, and she was living in a home with kids, we were told she’s good with them. She’s not fully housebroken, she was kept outdoors most of the day. Her original family got her when she was a puppy but had some changes on their schedules where they didn’t have the enough time to properly care for Grace like they used to, so Grace was kept alone often. They decided it wasn’t fair for her and that’s why she was surrendered to us. So here we are looking for a great home for sweet Grace!

She does well in her crate to sleep at night. She’s very food motivated, so that’s very helpful for training. She has medium level of energy. Grace is now ready to be adopted!
