Mia is a stunning, 3 ½ year old Texas heeler with a great personality, who is ready to bring some fun and joy into a new family’s life! Previously, she had lived most of her life outside, but she is also a house trained dog. As is typical with dogs of her breed she does thrive outside and enjoys being in nature, and we have learned that she also walks well on a leash. Mia is extremely intelligent and has obedient tendencies, and will look to please her human companions. She can get attached to a human companion quickly and might get a bit protective with her favorite people. Overall, Mia’s personality is goofy, sweet, and friendly. She is not great with smaller dogs, children, or cats. Do you think you can provide Mia with a forever home?
