Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**I am located in Georgia, but I can be transported north to you!**
Introducing Frappe, a six week old mixed-breed puppy. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt Frappe has hit the jackpot! Frappe is an old soul - she is the sweetest puppy! She loves to play and have fun as any puppy does, but she also loves to cuddle, nap and give lots of kisses! She is such a perfect puppy! And she’s ready to bring fun and happiness and lots of love to her new family. If that’s what you are looking for in a new pup, Frappe is the right furbaby for you! Frappe and her littermates are currently being fostered in Eatonton (GA), and they're ready to head to their furever homes.
Frappe and her siblings from the Coffee Pups litter are “Heinz 57" babies – we've been told that their mom (Java) may be a German Shepherd mix. Others have suggested that she is possibly a Basenji or a Belgian Malinois mix, perhaps with some Terrier or Hound DNA. Or who knows what else. Dad is unknown. But we do know that Mama Java is about 40 pounds, she’s a sweet, loving and social girl. And it seems that Java's babies share their mom's wonderful personality. Frappe and her sisters are current on their vetting - in addition to being spayed they are microchipped and they are up to date on vaccines, worming, and both heartworm and flea / tick prevention. But Frappe is still just a baby who will need an adopter who will invest the time to house train her, teach her manners, and burn off her considerable energy with play. Her adopter will need to be committed to managing normal puppy behavior such as chewing, potty training and leash training. Due to the high level of care and attention a young puppy needs, we will be looking for a home where Frappe will not be left alone for hours at a time as a pup. If you currently have family pets, please note that our rescue requires that our adopters’ current pets are up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives. All animals in your household should also be spayed or neutered unless there is a medical reason to keep them from being altered.
If you have been searching for a puppy and have time to spend training a young pup, go to the link below fill out an application. This little girl loves to play and would be a good fit for a family with or without other pets or children. When you submit your application, it is best to do so via a computer. We have experienced some problems when applications have been submitted using a mobile device. When you submit the application, you are not obligated to adopt; however, it does put you in the queue for the puppy that you are interested in. To expedite the process, please make sure that you complete the application entirely – listing the names and phone numbers for your references (personal as well as vet and landlord, if applicable) and letting them know that we will be calling. Please contact us if you have any questions, we’d love to help out!
