Meet Nutella!
This gorgeous girl is estimated to be 4 or 5 years old. She's a total puppy at heart though! Nutella arrived at HSoP several months ago and was extremely underweight upon intake. She has been slowly and steadily gaining her weight and strength back, and after receiving the all-clear from her vets, Nutella is finally ready to find the forever home of her dreams!
We truly can't express how loving (and lovable) Nutella is. Despite any difficulties in her past, all she wants to do is be close to her human friends and soak up all the attention and affection she can. Nutella is a very big girl, almost looking like a small horse at times. Though we can clearly see how big she is, Nutella has a tough time comprehending her size, which can lead to scratching or knocking people over by mistake. She loves giving people "hugs" and flopping over for some good belly rubs.
Not only is she a big girl, Nutella is also a DROOLY girl! She drools a lot, especially when she's trying to earn a treat, so her future owners should be prepared for this. If you ask us, getting drool on your clothes is a small price to pay for having such a sweet and loyal companion!
Nutella cannot go home until she has been spayed. Her spay surgery is currently scheduled for Monday, June 10th. Nutella can still accept visitors and applications until then! She is up to date on all needed vaccines and will leave HSoP with a microchip containing her new owner's information. Her adoption fee is $135. If you already own dogs, we require an introduction at HSoP with all of the dogs in the home prior to adoption.
Those interested in the beautiful Nutella should come meet her at HSoP! Our dog kennels are open from 1:00-5:00pm Monday through Saturday with no appointments needed. Just stop by when you have some time!
