Hi, my name is Walter. I was found as a stray and lived at PAWS4you for a year before finding my foster home. I love going on walks, going for car rides and getting pets from my humans. I also know how to sit and wait for my food until you give me the ok. I'm 100% house trained, no accidents from me. I like my crate and use it when my foster parents go out and to sleep at night, although I can be left out of the crate and I don't cause any trouble. When visitors come over, I like to sit in my crate because I feel safe. I take some time to trust new people, but my loyalty will be worth it. You can win me over with slow introductions, walks and treats! I love treats! My ideal home has patient adults only where I am the only pet so that I get all your attention. I prefer a house with a yard, no apartments/condos. I am grateful for my foster parents taking care of me for so long, but I'm ready for my furever home for my golden years. I have been waiting the longest out of all the PAWS4you pups! Will you open your heart to me? Adopt me!

Our goal at PAWS4you Rescue is to find the right home for our animals. The hard-working team of volunteers who comprise our adoption committee fully vet and review all adoption applications and work diligently to place each of our animals in the home that best meets their needs.

The PAWS4you Rescue retreat is not open to the public except during our Open Houses which are usually scheduled from 12 – 2 PM on the first Saturday of each month.You can also meet some of our pups at our monthly adoption events.
