Hi, my name is Freddy. My sister Gucci and I were strays and wandered onto a nursery in Homestead. People fed us, but we were really scared and ran when they got too close. They set up a trap and caught us then brought us to PAWS4you. The whole process was pretty terrifying! I am looking for a very patient adopter who will make me feel safe and give me plenty of time to adjust to being in a home. I am more insecure and fearful of strangers than my sister. However, I am getting better with my favorite staff who I'm comfortable with and show affection toward them. I'm currently in a short-term foster and am gaining confidence. I'm even walking on a leash! Although my sister and I are playful with each other, I seem picky with my other dog friends and will need to meet them first. Gucci and I love each other very much and would love to be adopted together if you have room for both of us. If not, will you at least consider me? I am looking for someone with dog experience willing to take things slowly and help me reach my full potential. Please give me a chance. Adopt me!

Our goal at PAWS4you Rescue is to find the right home for our animals. The hard-working team of volunteers who comprise our adoption committee fully vet and review all adoption applications and work diligently to place each of our animals in the home that best meets their needs.

The PAWS4you Rescue retreat is not open to the public except during our Open Houses which are usually scheduled from 12 – 2 PM on the first Saturday of each month.You can also meet some of our pups at our monthly adoption events.
