Hi, my name is Sugar. I came to PAWS4you as a stray. I'm as sweet as my name! I'm friendly and love everyone I meet! Although I am an older gal, you would never know it - I still have plenty of energy to play. My favorite toys are rope toys and balls, I love to chase balls! I enjoy going for long walks and love swimming too. I'm affectionate and will sit in your lap if you let me (I don't realize how big I am). I LOVE a good belly rub, the more the better! I get along with other dogs in case you have furry siblings for me, I'd love to meet them. Since I'm a big energetic girl, my dream home will have a yard to run around in and maybe even a pool. I'd do best with older kids I won't knock down by mistake. I hope to find an active family soon, I'm ready to play. Will you open your heart and home to me? I'll be your best friend! Adopt me!

Our goal at PAWS4you Rescue is to find the right home for our animals. The hard-working team of volunteers who comprise our adoption committee fully vet and review all adoption applications and work diligently to place each of our animals in the home that best meets their needs.

The PAWS4you Rescue retreat is not open to the public except during our Open Houses which are usually scheduled from 12 – 2 PM on the first Saturday of each month.You can also meet some of our pups at our monthly adoption events.
