Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Scooby. I was first found as a stray and brought to PAWS4you. I got adopted but after more than a year, they returned me for not being a good fit with their other dog. Although I prefer to get all the attention and be the only pet, I love people! However, I'm not needy and don't crave constant human attention. I am a playful, energetic pup. I love going for walks and hope to find someone who also likes a good stroll. I am housetrained too. My ideal environment is a house with a secured yard to play in, no apartments/condos. I'm looking for someone with dog experience who will make sure I thrive in a home. If you think you are the right match for me, please give me a chance! Adopt me!

Our goal at PAWS4you Rescue is to find the right home for our animals. The hard-working team of volunteers who comprise our adoption committee fully vet and review all adoption applications and work diligently to place each of our animals in the home that best meets their needs.

The PAWS4you Rescue retreat is not open to the public except during our Open Houses which are usually scheduled from 12 – 2 PM on the first Saturday of each month.You can also meet some of our pups at our monthly adoption events.

Since its inception in 2007, PAWS4you has served the vital need of sheltering, fostering, and placing homeless dogs in the southern part of Miami-Dade County. We offer life-saving services and employ various strategies to place and keep animals in loving, lifelong homes.
