Take the Pet Home
Hi there! My name is Taebok and I'm looking for my forever home. Here is a little bit about me:
Breed: Labrador/Pointer mix
Age: 6 months old (born Jan. 2024)
Gender: Male
Weight: 24 lbs
Highlight(s): Good with other dogs, no signs of aggression or resource guarding issues
Country of Origin: South Korea
I've already been through a lot in my short life! Born in a South Korean shelter, I was separated from my mom too soon. Fortunately, I learned some valuable social skills from her before our separation.
With care from shelter staff/volunteers I'm growing and learning every day! I may end up being bigger than my mom, who weighs 21kg. I have a friendly temperament and love meeting new people and exploring new places. I'm good with other dogs and have been around many in the shelter. I haven't met a cat yet, but I'm always willing to make new friends.
Since I still live in a shelter I need patience and guidance to teach me housetraining. With the right opportunity, I know I can pick it up quickly! I'm young and adaptable-- almost like a blank slate waiting to learn and experience life with the right human(s).
If you're searching for a sweet and loving companion, then I'm the perfect pup for you! I can't wait to find my forever home and start making memories with my new family. I have so much love to give!
My adoption fee is $800.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. This includes my transportation to Canada, if I am able to be accompanied by a flight volunteer directly to Vancouver.
Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue.
Please Note: LALDR highly encourages adopters to research some local dog trainers before their dog arrives. Although a 1-on-1 trainer is often not needed, it is good to have someone in mind in case any problematic behaviours arise. Most bad behaviours can be modified if caught early enough, so make sure to nip undesirable behaviours in the bud before they become serious problems.

As adopters of overseas dogs will be taking their dog home from the airport, they have a couple of weeks to decide if the dog is a fit.
