My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stella is about 4 years old. She was rescued from Korea where her first owner passed away of old age. We adopted her from a rescue September 2023.

Stella is a couch potato, but enjoys walks with lots of opportunities to stop and smell the roses. She enjoys short bursts of fetch and loves cuddles!

She has seasonal allergies to grass that cause paw licking and shedding. Currently being managed by monthly allergy shots from the vet that range about $55/month.

Stella is very sweet, but over protective of her owner. Her current owners are a couple, her over reactivity makes it difficult to even hug each other because she barks and physically tries to get between us. We understand she’s just trying to keep us safe from perceived conflict, but it has become too much. We would like her to go to a good home that either has the ability to work to train to cease this type of reactivity or a home with a single person.
