My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Can anyone show Jennifur how good life can be?! This poor, sweet thing certainly deserves it. She's an example of why kitten season is NOT cute and why spaying and neutering are imperative. Jennifur came to us a little over a month ago from a hoarding situation; she was pregnant and having some rough medical issues. At only about a year old herself, Jennifur gave birth at the vet's office to a single kitten who sadly did not survive. We're glad her baby didn't suffer long, but wish Jennifur hadn't had to go through any of that. But, she's doing so much better now and is seriously the NICEST cat despite all she's been through. It's like she knows she's safe and getting healthy now and never misses a chance to say thank you with some gentle head butts.

After being stuck in a crate here and at the vet, she's finally able to free-roam in a colony room. She's hid a little while acclimating in there, but has been out and about too, quietly checking things out. Wouldn't it be great if she didn't have to get too used to it and could find a home ASAP? Jennifur is sweet, quiet, well-behaved and affectionate. She lives to be pet and loved and just melts in your hand. We think if given a little time to acclimate, she could turn into great little lap cat. She's spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.
